Death of the Drexel Shaft - Kevin Martin
Kevin Martin, a friend of mine whom I went to University with shot the demolition of the infamous "Drexel Shaft" in Philadelphia in November of 2009. It was only today that I found the video. The Shaft stood as a symbol for all the times the bureaucracy of Drexel "shafted" a student or staff member... growing an inch in height for every account. It's fall brings both joyous and nostalgic feelings to me.

Hurricane Earl - Camp Out
The eye of the storm is estimated to pass over Antigua at 2am Monday morning. I'll be camping out and hunkered down to ride it out.
